The Green House is a custom built business and technology centre, offering access to a range of tailored business services designed to nurture entrepreneurial activity in a supportive and sharing environment. Completed in July 1999, it aims to help young businesses grow - and grow fast.

Business Incubator

The incubator contains 17 units ranging in size from 21 to 41 square metres, available to lease to new business start-ups or spin off enterprises from existing business and research institutes. The shared laboratory facility on the ground floor also provides a well-designed and equipped resource for technology companies.
