One of the main functions of The Green House is to provide incubator units for innovative business. The Incubator facility contains 17 units, ranging in size from 21 - 41 square metres. The units are available to lease to a wide range of new business including

• New business start-ups
• Spin-off enterprises from existing business
• Research institutes

The units are suitable for office or laboratory use, with some capable of accommodating fume extraction equipment. The shared laboratory facility on the ground floor also provides a well-designed and equipped resource for technology companies.
