Daily Delegate rate includes room hire, equipment hire, pads and pens, mints and water, three servings of tea/coffee/biscuits and a buffet lunch. Any meeting including lunch will be charged at the full delegate rate.

Half day delegate rate includes two servings of tea/coffee/biscuits.

Lecture Theatre charge includes equipment. Refreshments and catering are extra, menus on request.

Any cancellation with less than 2 working days will incur a 50% charge.
