Incubator units range in size from 21 to 41 square metres. Leases are available from 6 months to three years. Licence agreements can be arranged for periods
of less than 6 months.

All units are easily accessed by those with disabilities, with automatic main entry doors, wide doors and corridors, lift access and disabled toilets on both floors. The Green House Training Facilities are available to tenants at a reduced rate, including video conferencing. Please contact the Property Team Leader for further rental details.

Rent is charged per square foot occupied, payable monthly in advance. A deposit of one month's rent is
also payable on entry.

Service charge, charged per square foot occupied, is payable monthly in advance and covers:

• Janitorial services         
• Security services
• Maintenance, running, repair and decoration of exterior of building and common areas
• Heating and lighting of common areas
• Refuse collection
• Cleaning of common areas
• Building Insurance
• Maintenance and repair of car park and landscaping
• Fire alarm system and fire prevention
